The process is simple - we’ll send you reimbursement instructions right after payment.
Have an HSA or FSA account? You can now seamlessly use these funds to purchase deltaG® ketones, which results in a savings of 30% on average.
You have two options:
- Pay with an HSA Card (New one time orders only, not subscriptions): Just select TrueMed as a payment option at checkout. Note: Make sure to note that they need to be in Guest Checkout (not Shop Pay). That's a common point of confusion. You’ll be taken to a brief health survey to establish eligibility and be able to pay with your HSA/FSA card.
- Reimbursement (Works for all previous orders, including subscriptions): Fill out the TrueMed survey below, and you will be given HSA/FSA approval by a physician to request reimbursement for all your deltaG® purchases from your HSA/FSA provider. This doctor's approval qualifies deltaG products for purchase with HSA/FSA funds for 12 months. There is no cost to you for this service. Just take a few minutes to fill out the form and save $$$.

- TrueMed is for patients for whom the selected product has been proven to prevent or reverse a condition you care about. An asynchronous health survey will determine eligibility and take qualified patients to payment.
